Chris has returned to Maya and she's very happy to be in his arms again. She's decided to move in with him and his return came just in time. She almost died again. A toxin was introduced into her blood stream that was having some dangerous effects on her and making her worse each night. She wouldn't have been able to get the cure on her own and him being around while she was sick made things easier for her. She never told him, but with him being back while she was sick she kept thinking "If I don't make it through this at least I got to see Chris again". Chris and her fought hard to get to the cure with Kamai and Anuku's help, but she's finally better again. And not only is she better from the sickness, but she's also smiling and happy again.
